Since Thailand and Australia has prepared the Thailand-Australia Free Trade Agreement (TAFTA), the persons who conduct the business according to the attachment of the Foreign Business Act B.E.2542 (1999) and who are under the TAFTA conditions can request for the business operations certificate from the Director-General of the Department of Business Development (DBD).
Since Thailand and Japan has prepared the Japan-Thailand Economic Partnership Agreement (JTEPA), the persons who conduct the business according to the attachment of the Foreign Business Act B.E.2542 (1999) and who are under the JTEPA conditions can request for the business operations certificate from the Director-General of the Department of Business Development (DBD).
