For Public Utilities, the foreign company can operate this business in Thailand with 100% foreign owners, if your company engages the business of construction of structures for delivery of infrastructure public services in the sphere of public utilities or transportation requiring the use of special apparatuses, machines, technology or expertise, with the minimum capital of 500 MM (five hundred million Baht) or upwards from foreigners. The company is not required to obtain the Foreign Business License before operating.
