Biography
Prisana Srivichasoi (Pria) is a partner of Legal Advice Thailand and the leader of corporate and tax department for foreign business in Thailand.
She has graduated from the Rangsit University, and the Thai Bar Association under the Royal Patronage, qualified lawyer licensed from the Lawyers Council under the Royal Patronage of Thailand. Following her 15 years of experience in legal profession, she has been working in a wide range of corporate services for foreign investment; Foreign Business License (FBL), Board of Investment (BOI), US Treaty of Amity, Branch Office and Representative Office, Visa and Work-Permit, Agreements and Contracts, Due Diligence and Legalization.
